Player Registration
Registration Only For Players Already Assigned To A Team
Do not register unless your child is already on a team. HYSA does not refund registration fees, so refrain from trying.
Step 1: Register to HYSA
DO NOT REGISTER IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT ALREADY ON A BRAVEHEART FC TEAM! NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Click here to Register to HYSA (read directions below).
1. Click ‘Player Registration’ on right then login.
2. New HYSA players must click on “create new account’.
3. Click green Continue button if you see your player’s name. If not, click ‘Add Player’ and then return here.
4. Click BLUE BOX that says “Register Player”
5. Click BLUE BOX that says “Do Not Have Assignment Code”
6. Choose “Completive” in drop down box
7. Fill out personal info. You MUST upload Covid Waiver (click here to download waiver) .
UPLOAD BOTH PAGES OF WAIVER.
8. Make payment. You might receive a confirmation email that says to send a check to Braveheart. Please disregard.
9. If you are told to re-submit a document, login here and follow directions below.
DON’T CLICK ON REGISTRATION!
Click on Login (left side of screen)
Click ‘My Account” at top right.
Click on player
Click on “Certificates” tab

Step 2: League Apps
Register Here to League Apps if you don’t have an account already.
Directions:
1. Click on register under your player’s division
2. Create account or login (might log you in automatically)
3. New account: log in and create profile and then child’s profile
4. Click your child’s name to register. If you are a coach, don’t forget to also register yourself or you will not receive important emails.
5. After you click TEAM PLAYER, Make sure to select your team at the top. You will need a player head shot to upload.
6. Complete registration and payment (you can select a payment plan and will be required to select autopay)

*You must complete payment or select the payment plan to register
*If you are a coach, you will need to click on Myself As Staff Member to register as a coach. You will get a discount code for yourself and your child/children in a separate email.
*BIRTH CERTIFICATE- the system will not allow large file uploads. PLEASE try to scan the BC into your computer then upload that file. This seems to be the best option. If you cannot upload the BC as a picture or a scan because the files size is too large, use any file for this field just to bypass it and immediately email the BC to me at racheldybul.braveheartfc@gmail.com with the subject Birth Certificate. Returning players, this will be the last time you have to upload BC to League Apps. I made a mistake last season which is now amended.
Tips
Resize documents carefully as not to make too small. If HYSA cannot read the birth certificate or covid waiver, you will have to resubmit. If you resize too small, DONT SUBMIT! Cancel and retry the resize until you get it right.
If you need to upload a document or check on your account, login instructions are in step #9 above. DON’T CLICK REGISTRATION! Just login>my account>click player profile>certificates tab is where you upload docs.
Both pages of covid waiver must be uploaded.
Once you upload BC or waiver, you cannot delete and replace so be careful to crop properly and upload correct documents.
